Gehwol Fusskraft Warming Bath is formulated to be gentle on foot skin. Fill a foot basin with warm water (approximately 37-40°C) and add 1-2 tablespoons of the concentrate per 3-4 liters of water. Stir well to distribute the product evenly. Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes. The warming sensation will develop within a few minutes. Pat feet dry gently after use. For best results, use 2-3 times weekly.
