When I was advised by the US postal service that the package containing my order had been returned to the SleekShop had been returned to the SleekShop as “undeliverable,” on 12/28 I submitted an e-mail message through the SleekShop website requesting that the returned package be shipped to me once again. I was advised by a return e-mail message from SleekShop that once the returned package was located it would be shipped to me. I then submitted two follow-up e-mail messages through the SleekShop website and offered to pay the shipping cost. . To date, I have not received the merchandise nor a SleekShop shipping confirmation
