What else you need to know:
Hydrolyzed keratin, Chamomile flower extract, and sunflower seed oil will lighten all hair types up to 8 levels on or off the scalp.
For on Scalp application- Mix 1:1 or 1:2 with 20 volume Ion Sensitive scalp creme developer. For off scalp application- Mix 1:1 or 1:2 with 30 or 40 volume Ion Sensitive Scalp Creme Developer
