I didn't receive the correct product, I have called customer service twice and have yet to get a response. I keep being told that they will e-mail me with the instructions but I have yet to receive a reply. I am so disappointed with this company, if this is the way that they run their business then I won't order from this company again. I guess that I will have to get my credit card company involved with this problem.
Great
Great hold and the smell is nice. I like the sleek black product packaging as it is very pleasing to the eyes. The consistency of the product is nice and not too thick in my hair but I think it might be a little too thick for someone with thin hair.
Good Product, But Expensive
The product does what it is supposed to, BUT the size of the can combined with the high price, make regular use of it prohibitive. You would spend over $500 a year if you use it every day.
