Directions for off-scalp use: Mix 1 scoop VeroLight with 1 fl. oz. (30ml) of 10 to 20 volume Veroxide.

good
This is a decent hair lightener that does not dry it out and is blue to help with brassiness. The price has increased over the past year by quite a bit though, I am not sure why.
