What is this product?
Shining buffer used to create extra shine on the natural, polished,, and/or soak off gel manicured nails. When used on the natural nail, buff the nail with the green side first to lightly buff the nail of any dirt, dust, or oils. Then proceed to the white side of the shining buffer and buff to create a beautiful shine on the nail.
