What it does:
Transforms your hair into intense, unique, and unexpected colors. Splat Hair Colors are semi-permanent direct dye meaning the dye sits outside the surface of your hair and dyes the cuticle of the hair. Doesn’t use chemical reactions from developers and oxidative hair color. So you will experience less damage.
What else you need to know:
The Splat Complete Kits include everything that you need to tackle the bleaching and coloring process. Your results will depend on your starting hair color, texture, and porosity. Original Kits include a bleaching process because chemically lightened hair will have longer-lasting and brighter results. Splat Hair Color may temporarily stain your skin and permanently stain fabrics like clothes and towels. Tip: Use petroleum jelly around the edge of your face, ears, and neck before applying your hair color to avoid staining.
