What it does:
Quantum Insite low-thio, ammonia-free perms contain KERAMIN Complex (an advanced protein waving agent), which, combined with a low pH silicone neutralizer, locks in strength and shine for a natural curl. Test curl is required. No dryer heat.

Quantum Insite Delicate is ideal for clients with normal, tinted (up to 30 volume), previously permed, and highlighted (more than 40%) hair.
