After completing your perm wave, rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply Tressa Waving Neutralizer evenly throughout the waved hair, making sure all strands are saturated. Leave it on for the time specified in the instructions (typically 5-10 minutes). Gently work it through with your fingers, then rinse thoroughly with cool water until all product is removed. Follow with a conditioning treatment for best results.
