Final Sale Products
For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following products:
- Nails: Nail Polish, Tweezers, Nippers, Clippers, and all other implements
- Hair: Brushes, Razors, Shears, and Hair Color Accessories
- Hair Color - We do not guarantee results. Please consult with the manufacturer directly prior to selecting a shade.
- Note: Hair dyes/colors that are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with cannot be returned.
- Skin: Makeup, Make-up Brushes, Eyelashes, Beauty Implements, and Hair Removal Accessories
Tip: Be extra careful when selecting makeup colors - Electrical: Appliances can be returned within 15 days of receiving products as long as original packaging is intact. If you have any other questions, please email us at info@sleekhair.com
Return Exceptions
Please reach out to our customer service team to check that your return will qualify. If you send your return without prior authorization, you will be denied a refund.
Returns will only be accepted if an RMA# is issued by our Customer Service team.
We're only accepting returns if:
- Item received is incorrect from what is stated on invoice
- Item arrived damaged/leaked/expired. Please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. (the condition of item will be verified once received by returns department)

In the event that we make an error, return shipping will be covered for errant merchandise and damaged products.
