Return Policy

Final Sale Products

For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following products:

  • Nails: Nail Polish, Tweezers, Nippers, Clippers, and all other implements
  • Hair: Brushes, Razors, Shears, and Hair Color Accessories
  • Hair Color - We do not guarantee results. Please consult with the manufacturer directly prior to selecting a shade.
  • Note: Hair dyes/colors that are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with cannot be returned.
  • Skin: Makeup, Make-up Brushes, Eyelashes, Beauty Implements, and Hair Removal Accessories
    Tip: Be extra careful when selecting makeup colors
  • Electrical: Appliances can be returned within 15 days of receiving products as long as original packaging is intact. If you have any other questions, please email us at info@sleekhair.com
Return Exceptions

Please reach out to our customer service team to check that your return will qualify. If you send your return without prior authorization, you will be denied a refund.

Returns will only be accepted if an RMA# is issued by our Customer Service team.

We're only accepting returns if:

  • Item received is incorrect from what is stated on invoice
  • Item arrived damaged/leaked/expired. Please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. (the condition of item will be verified once received by returns department)
