Terms of Use
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a contract between you and Bella Professionals, Inc., doing business as SleekShop ("SleekShop," "we," "us"). They govern your use of sleekshop.com, checkout.sleekshop.com, curbside pickup, and related services (the "Services"). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our SMS Terms, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, which are part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Please read section 15. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual binding arbitration, waives class actions and jury trials, and explains how to opt out.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for all activity in your account. Tell us right away at info@sleekshop.com if you think your account was used without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
2. Products and professional use
We sell professional and retail beauty products, including hair color, developers, chemical treatments, appliances, and tools. Some products are made for licensed professionals. You are responsible for reading and following all label directions and warnings.
- Hair color and chemical services: do a patch (allergy) test 48 hours before every use and a strand test, as the label directs. Stop use and get medical help if you have a reaction.
- Product information on the site comes from manufacturers and may change. Packaging you receive may differ from photos. Product descriptions are not medical advice.
- We are an authorized or independent retailer depending on the brand. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, come from the manufacturer, not from SleekShop, except as stated in our Return Policy.
3. Prices, errors, and availability
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We try to be accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel orders for it, even after confirmation, and refund any amount charged. Stock shown on the site is an estimate. We may limit quantities per customer or household, and we may refuse orders that appear to be for resale or that we suspect are fraudulent.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may charge your payment method, including shipping and sales tax, when you place your order. Charging is not acceptance: we accept your order when we ship it or mark it ready for pickup, and an order confirmation email only means we received it. If we cancel or can't fill any part of your order, we will refund the amount charged for it to your original payment method within 5 business days. If we can't ship within the time stated at checkout (or 30 days if none is stated), we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Shipping, hazardous materials, and pickup
Shipping options, costs, and timing are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
- Hazardous materials. Many beauty products, such as aerosols, developers, nail products, and some hair color, are regulated as hazardous for shipping. Under federal hazardous-materials rules and carrier rules, many of them can ship only by ground. That means they can't ship by air or express, or to some destinations such as APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S. If an item can't ship as ordered, we will remove it and refund its price and any related shipping charge.
- Curbside pickup. Wait for our "Ready for Curbside Pickup" email, then come to 14251 Chambers Road, Unit B, Tustin, CA. Bring photo ID and call 1-800-921-4813 when you're parked.
- Same-day courier delivery. If offered and selected, delivery is performed by Uber Direct. Some items, including hazardous materials, may not be eligible. Delivery windows depend on courier availability. If the courier can't complete delivery, we will refund the delivery fee or reship by standard shipping.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to your address or when you pick it up.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Return Policy. Report damaged, defective, or wrong items within 72 hours of delivery.
7. Promotions, coupons, and rewards
Coupon codes and promotions have their own terms shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they can't be combined, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may end at any time. Rewards points have no cash value. We may cancel points obtained by fraud or abuse. We will give 30 days' notice before ending the rewards program, and points you've earned can be redeemed during that time.
8. Text messages and emails
Text messaging is governed by our SMS Terms, which are part of these Terms. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
9. Reviews and other submissions
If you post a review, photo, or other content (a "Submission"), you promise it is truthful, is your own, and does not break any law or anyone's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt it for our business, including in marketing, with your first name and last initial. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.
We remove a Submission only if it is fake, offensive, off-topic, or includes personal information, and we apply these rules the same way whether a review is positive or negative. We never remove, hide, or rank reviews based on their rating. Any reward for writing a review never depends on what the review says, and rewarded reviews are labeled. Don't send us confidential ideas; we may use any feedback without paying you.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or to resell products in violation of a manufacturer's policies if we tell you that you may not.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content or prices with bots or automated tools without our written permission.
- Try to break or bypass security, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the site's operation.
- Use another person's payment method or account, or post false reviews.
11. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, photos, logos, and software, belong to SleekShop or its licensors and are protected by law. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the site for personal shopping only.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Bella Professionals, Inc., 14251 Chambers Road, Unit B, Tustin, CA 92780, copyright@sleekshop.com. Your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- the material you want removed and where it is on the site;
- your contact information;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If your content was removed, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(g). We close the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
12. Third-party services and marketplaces
The Services link to or rely on third parties, such as payment providers, carriers, Uber, and social media. We are not responsible for their services or content. Orders placed with SleekShop on Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, TikTok Shop, or other marketplaces are governed by that marketplace's terms and return rules.
13. Disclaimers
Except as stated in our Return Policy or required by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this section limits implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, including for consumer goods sold to California residents.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SleekShop and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to (a) personal injury, death, or property damage; (b) our gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or violation of law; or (c) any rights or remedies you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived, including California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and Consumers Legal Remedies Act.
You agree to indemnify SleekShop against third-party claims arising from your violation of law or willful misuse of the Services. This does not apply to claims caused by defects in products we sold.
15. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Try to resolve it first. Before starting a claim, send a written notice describing the dispute and the relief you want to info@sleekshop.com or our mailing address. We will send our notice to the email or address in your account. Both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days, and that period pauses any statute of limitations.
Binding individual arbitration. If it is not resolved, any dispute arising from these Terms, the Services, or any product you bought from us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator decides all issues, except that a court decides any dispute about the class, collective, and representative waiver, the public-injunctive-relief provision, the mass-filing provision, or whether you opted out. Hearings may take place by video, by phone, in Orange County, California, or in the county where you live, at your choice. We will pay all AAA fees and arbitrator compensation except the consumer filing fee set by the AAA Consumer Fee Schedule, and we will reimburse that filing fee if your claim is under $10,000 and not frivolous. This section does not apply to purchases made through a third-party marketplace, which are governed by that marketplace's dispute terms.
Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Either side may ask a court for a temporary injunction to stop ongoing infringement of its intellectual-property rights while an arbitration is pending. Nothing here prevents you from bringing an issue to a government agency.
No class actions. You and SleekShop may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. Nothing in this section waives your right to seek public injunctive relief. Any such claim will be severed and paused in court until the individual claims are arbitrated. Where this section applies, you and SleekShop waive any right to a jury trial.
Mass filings. If 25 or more similar demands are filed against SleekShop by the same or coordinated lawyers, the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules and related fee schedule apply. Each claim remains an individual arbitration.
30-day opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Email info@sleekshop.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out," or mail our address above, and include your name, address, and email. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms, and we will honor opt-outs made under earlier versions.
Severability. If the class, collective, or representative waiver, or the public-injunctive-relief provision, is found unenforceable for any claim, that claim (and only that claim) will be severed and decided in court. The rest of this section remains in effect.
16. Governing law and venue
California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim allowed to go to court will be filed in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California, and both sides consent to that venue, except where the law gives you the right to sue in the county where you live or bought the product.
17. Changes and termination
We may change these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after that date and do not apply to claims that arose before the change. If we materially change section 15, you may reject the change by emailing us within 30 days, and the prior version will continue to apply to you. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms.
18. General
These Terms, with the policies they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in a business transfer.
19. California consumer notice and contact
There are no charges for using this site. To resolve a complaint, contact us at info@sleekshop.com or 1-800-921-4813. Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, California users may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.
