Our Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! However, because we prioritize the high quality and integrity of all our products, there are certain items we simply cannot take back once they’ve left our care.
Items That Are Final Sale
To keep things sanitary for all our customers, the following items are non-returnable:
- Beauty & Personal Care: This includes all cosmetics, makeup, skincare, and oral care products.
- Grooming Tools: Items like brushes, sponges, tweezers, nail clippers, and razors.
- Hair Care: This includes hair accessories, shears, and hair color.
- A quick note on hair color: While we provide professional-grade products, the final color result is influenced by the mixing and application process. Since these steps are handled by the user and are out of our control, we cannot guarantee specific results. Please note that we can only accept returns on hair color that remains unopened and in its original condition.
The "Golden Rule" of Returns
For any item to be eligible for a return, the product must be in original packaging. If a seal is broken, packaging is removed, or there are any signs of use, we unfortunately won't be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Electrical Appliances
Changed your mind on a tool? You have 15 days to return electrical appliances. Just make sure they are:
- Unused and in their original packaging.
- Complete with all original manuals and accessories.
When Things Don't Go as Planned
We’re human, and while we strive for perfection, we know mistakes can happen! We are always happy to make things right if:
- We accidentally sent the wrong item your way.
- Your product arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or past its prime.
