We accept these following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We are also happy to accept payments through PayPal, Applepay and AmazonPay.

Our shipping charges on orders do NOT include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request details regarding these charges. Once you agree to a package being internationally shipped, if you decline any shipments in progress from Sleekshop.com, you remain responsible for all original shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the denied package., These costs will be subtracted from your refund.. 

Due to the exorbitant cost and detail involved, we do not accept international returns. 

*Sleekshop.com has made every effort to minimize shipping costs and provide competitive rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents.

We do not price match at this time, however, our prices are competitively priced. We also offer regular promotions if you sign up for our email newsletters. 

In addition, we encourage customers to sign up for our SleekVault Rewards program to earn discounts on future orders. 

During our business hours, “Pending” means we have received your order and our diligent team is in the process of picking your item(s) and will ship it out shortly. If you place your order outside of our business hours (evenings/ weekends/ noted holidays), our team will ship out your order the following business day. 

Unfortunately, no modifications or cancellations can be made after you place your order. Because our diligent team strives to process and ship out orders quickly, we cannot accept any changes to orders within that narrow window of time. 

You can choose to replace the back ordered item, remove it completely, place your entire order on hold or cancel the order entirely. Please inform our team of your decision at the earliest convenience.

In order to receive correspondences regarding your order, please add info@sleekshop.com to your contacts to avoid missing any important notifications about your orders. In addition, please also check your email’s spam folder for our emails may have been miscategorized by email providers.
