These SMS Terms apply to text messages from Bella Professionals, Inc., doing business as SleekShop. They are part of our Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number.

1. Our two text programs

Order Updates never include promotions. Joining Offers is never a condition of buying anything. After you join Offers, we text you to confirm; if that text asks you to reply Y, your subscription starts when you do.

2. Consent

By joining SleekShop Offers, you agree to these SMS Terms and to receive recurring automated marketing texts from SleekShop at the mobile number you provided. You confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission, and that you are at least 18.

3. Cost

SleekShop does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to stop

Reply STOP to any text to stop. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, and any other reasonable request to stop, including by email to info@sleekshop.com or a call to 1-800-921-4813. We act on email and phone requests within 10 business days.

Replying STOP to any SleekShop text stops all SleekShop texts. We will send one final text confirming your opt-out. If you were also signed up for order updates, that text may ask whether you want to keep them; if you don't reply, you will get no more texts. To rejoin, reply START.

5. Help

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@sleekshop.com or 1-800-921-4813.

6. Changing your number

If you change or cancel your mobile number, reply STOP from the old number first or tell us at info@sleekshop.com, so we do not text the new owner of that number.

7. Supported carriers

Messages are available on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

We use your mobile number and consent records as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use text-messaging platforms and wireless carriers only to deliver messages, and opt-outs are applied across all of them. If you choose same-day courier delivery, we give your number to Uber Direct only so the courier can complete your delivery.

9. Changes and disputes

We will tell you about material changes to these SMS Terms by text or email before they take effect, and you can reply STOP at any time. Changes do not apply to claims that arose before the change. Disputes are handled under section 15 of our Terms of Use, including its opt-out, and California law applies.
