What it does:
Uniquely formulated to neutralize the oils that accumulate on your eyelids, while locking your eye shadow's colors and keeping them looking fresh all day.!

Spread a thin layer on your eyelid, blend with clean fingers or a shadow brush. Quickly apply a neutral base color while it's still damp or on top of your existing color to seal it. Emani Magic Sealer locks in color for 12 hours and is great to use with liners and glitters. Lightly brush over eye brows to lock in brow colors. Wet V5 liner brush and dip into color dust to line eyes.
