So far have seen very little difference
First of all, there were NO directions on or inside the packaging, nor were there any recommendations at all. In another review, someone wrote that it should stay on for two days before shampooing, but with no directions, how could this be verified? But just in case, I left the "restructurer" in my hair for a long time. My hair is extremely thin and soft, but tangly. No perm, and I put in a color rinse (only in the front) every 6 weeks or so. There was very little difference after the first use, but I will continue to use the rest since I have paid for them already. If something changes, I will add an improved review
