This innovative lightening formula should never be called “bleach”. It's incredibly rich and creamy base is formulated with actives that condition, soften, and strengthen the hair during processing. Hydrolyzed keratin, Chamomile flower extract, and sunflower seed oil will lighten all hair types up to 8 levels on or off the scalp.
