Conditioning Neutralizer: Condition, seal, protect. Natural herbal extracts tied with silk proteins improve the hair's manageability and overall condition with added texture and body.
Tinted Formula - Hair with 40% or less highlighted. For tinted hair with 20-40 volume peroxide, hair with high lift tints (do not use on double processed hair)
