What it is:
A plus on gentleness gentler to hair and scalp with less hair breakage!
What it does:
Soft Blonde Oil mixed cream lightener coats the hair and scalp and protect from moisture loss up to 7 level of lift.
What else you need to know:
Soft Blonde Oil mixed cream lightener is especially recommended for on scalp techniques.
Product Options Available are as follows:
kaolin, sodium silicate, ammoinium persulfate, potassium persulfate, mineral oil, hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium stearate, disodium edta, carbomer, xantham gum, silica, hc blue no. 15, oryza sativa rice starch, tetrabromophenol blue
MIXING:
Mix with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9% or 12% or Color Touch emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a ratio of 1:1 up to 1:2 in a non-metallic bow. If there is contact with the scalp (global or root application), use a 6% activator as a maximum.
APPLICATION & DEVELOPMENT TIME:
Apply the bleaching mass evenly to the unwashed hair. The development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde. Carefully check hair every 5????10 minutes during process. The maximum total development time is 50 minutes.
