Lost its' ability to straighten!
I have used this product for years and love it, but the two I purchased from you are"old" and have lost their potency and did not straighten the hair. The boxes were very dusty so I assume they have been sitting on a shelf for some time. Warn other customers to not waste their money.

Chi Quick Smooth is the best straightener and works great. I have it professionally applied and love the way my hair lost the frizz but still has body and as much curl as I want. I have heard they are discontinuing this product but thankfully I found it at Sleek Hair!
