What is this product?
PCS is a very unique product. Like all moisturizers it has a low pH (acidic) and does a lot more than just neutralize ammonia and other alkali in hair treatment.

We strongly recommend the use of PCS after every hair color treatment, bleach or perm, and daily use as a hair styling tool to prevent color fadeout due to the sun, environmental conditions and residual peroxide.
Pour 1/4 to 1/2oz. 20 or 30 volume liquid peroxide into a glass and add 5-6 drops of PCS. Immediately you will see bubbles form on surface indicative of peroxide breaking down to water and air (bubbles).
