Use: Wet hair. Use a generous portion of my shampoo in your hands and place on hair and scalp. Massage gently into the scalp and hair and wait about 1 minute before rinsing out. Make sure hair is rinsed very well and then style as usual.

My Exsperience
I have started using this shampoo for my itchy dry flaky scalp and i thought it would condition my hair too with out drying it but it did when i use it and that' the only bad thing about it but it does tingling like it said and it does stop the flaking but it leaves your hair very dry and it had me fooled the first time i was using it thinking it would be a 2 in 1 but iam now using the intense tingling deep conditioner from dr miracle and im gone see how it works after using the shampoo but does well with soothing the itch and flaking but not moisture so it gets a 4 out of 5 stars from me.
Tingles, but doesn't untangle
I was surprised how tangled my hair still was after using this shampoo and conditioner. I followed the directions which recommend that you massage it in and let stand for one minute. I also applied the Follicle Deep Conditioner after I used the shampoo, sat under the dryer with a plastic cap for 30 minutes, and my air was still very tangled, like I hadn't put any conditioner on it at all.
