What it is:
This limited edition brush is constructed in light turquoise plastic; the artist????s designs (magenta, pink, and white) are located on the back of the brush and a black ????Joico Turn Heads???? logo is located on the front of the handle.

What it does:
The bristles of the brush are approximately 2/3???? (1.7 cm) long, are black with matching light turquoise tips, and rest on a soft and flexible/pliable bed of rubber to allow for a gentle scalp massage.
