Ingredients
Wet hair. Apply Totally Blonde Toning Shampoo, Lather, rinse, and repeat. Use up to twice weekly or when hair appears brassy. For extra toning leave these cond lather on for 3-5 minutes. Use sparingly on overly porous hair.
