This pH sealer is for mechanically distressed hair and must be sprayed over "shot" to lock the specialized ingredients contained in the "shot" onto the hair. It delivers amino acids, wheat protein, and citric acid to rebalance the scalp and hair fiber pH and seal the shot ingredients onto the cuticle.
