Super easy to use, simply put some of your daily conditioners in the palm of your hand, add a few Base drops to it, mix it and then apply evenly through your hair. For a soft pastel hair color, use 1 - 3 Base Drops; for a more intense, bold, and vibrant hue, use 4 - 10 Tressa WATERCOLORS Base Drops. It can be used to touch-up uneven or faded color, tone blondes, or it can be used to create an all-new hair color.
What else you need to know:
