Before you shampoo, part hair on the side, about half an inch above your hairline. Hold the scalp spray about 4 inches away from your scalp and spray into the part until your scalp feels wet, but not soaking. Continue parting and spraying until you've covered your whole head. Gently massage your scalp and leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse your hair with warm water.
