Use: After shampooing, lightly squeeze out excess water and pat the hair lightly with a towel to avoid dripping water. Divide the hair into 4-6 sections. Spray Penetrator from mid-shaft to the ends of each section one at a time and massage it in by holding and squeezing the hair lightly in your palm. Repeat for each section.
