Why do the instructions on the box say that this product is "not suitable for scalp or nails"? The product name and packaging sure make it look like it's for nails. Is this a scam, and if so, why is Sleekhair selling it? I gave it 3 stars because I don't yet know if it works. After reading the disclaimer on the the box, I doubt it.
