Apply one thin, even coat of Tough Cookie as you would a regular nail polish, starting from the base and stroking toward the tip. Allow 2-3 minutes to dry between coats. For best results, apply 2-3 coats and allow full drying time before activities. You can apply a top coat over it for added shine and protection.
