Died in less than 2 years of minimal use
Never liked it as much as my original Paul Brown iron, but I’m especially disappointed that it didn’t even last 2 years.

After my flat iron (after 5 years of constant daily use) did not work anymore, I checked on sleekhair.com to see if they had a Paul Brown flat iron and they did! And this great flat iron was delivered to me in two days. Now, if you are like me, who uses her flat iron daily, fast delivery is everything
Defective Product
This is the first issue I have ever had with a Paul Brown item. I first bought this flat iron back in June 2016 and the LED display stopped working and iron stopped getting hot only after 3 months, Sleek Hair did allow me a one time exchange since I still was within my receipt timeframe to exchange or return. I chose to exchange and thought maybe I received a bad iron and they replaced with no issues, which was very easy, but even after the exchange the product died again after one month. The last Paul Brown iron I had lasted 4 years and was awesome, what happened??? This is obviously a poor product and should be marked as a defective product, which is a pricy item even on sale. Please fix the issue or sell a better product and remove Paul Brown Premium as an option to buy. It is far from premium and I am very sad to have to buy a new iron :( Sincerely, Andrea S
