In general it is nice shampoo. It washes good, gives good foam. But my damaged hair after using is not very smooth. It is too "heavy" for oily roots.

This helps cleanse but keep moisture in the hair too. I only need a little bit.

This does what it is supposed to but.is nothing spectacular. It does have sulfates but is cruelty free.
