Great formula for dry damaged hair
This is the perfect formula for dry damaged color treated hair. My hair has been through just about everything it's possible to put a head of hair through: highlighting, permanent color and aggressive heat styling. And yet, this conditioner (and the matching shampoo) keeps my hair looking and feeling healthy and shiny. It hydrates so well that it has cured my chronic dryness with just a few uses and my hair is now soft and nourished and responds well to styling. I used to use Essential Repair but it was discontinued and Strength Cure took its place and I have to say I like it even better. It has a high protein content, which keeps my hair strong but it also moisturizes well which keeps my hair supple. It also smells amazing, like all Pureology products. It also never strips my color and it keeps it bright and fresh, as all Pureology products do. There is no better formula if your hair has been through the ringer of chemical services and you frequently heat style. I've been using this formula for about a year and I get compliments on my hair all the time, although I do so much to it, you'd never know it, largely because I take good care of it. I use Pureology products exclusively and they've been very good for my hair. I definitely recommend them.

too expensive
I bought this for my friend, who has damage and frizzy hair. She is not happy with that. The list of ingredients is very poor and has mineral oil in it!!! Too expensive for paraffin!
