Start with clean, dry lashes for optimal application. Using the applicator wand, apply the product from the roots of your upper lashes, wiggling the wand upward toward the tips for maximum volume. For additional impact, apply a second coat after the first coat dries. For lower lashes, use the tip of the wand for precise application. Remove gently with makeup remover before bed.
