Apply to wet hair. Massage gently to form a lather. Rinse with warm water. Repeat. After massaging in rinse again.

Mild shampoo for daily use
Good salon size shampoo for thin normal hair. Contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate. Leaves my hair soft and manageable, but requires a conditioner after washing. I apply my favorite Salerm21 conditioner, and this combination works well together.
