Great for Keeping Color
I use with shampoo and it works really well. My hair has definitely lightened since using these two products. The one thing I don't like about it is, it is not very hydrating or smoothing like most conditioners. It works really well to keep color but I have started switching off between this and a regular conditioner so my hair is less dry.
