You must use both both CRYSTAL Bleach and Developer in order to achieve a transparent formula which makes the bleaching process directly visible for absolute convenience and control - for Supreme Blonde Hair Quality.

Crystal clear formula with up to 7 levels of lift and a dust-reduced powder
Mixing Ratio 1:3. For example mix 1 scoop of CRYSTAL Bleach with 3 scoops of CRYSTAL Developer until a smooth gel-like consistency is achieved. Processing time : 20-45 min. Do not use artificial heat from steamer or drying hood to reduce processing time. Apply immediately after mixing. To ensure best results, distribute a generous amount of product evenly through hair. Avoid overlapping application to previously lightened hair. Rinse thoroughly after processing, shampoo and treat hair. During the development of this product its dust development has been reduced.
