Igora Vario Blond Plus uses Blue, dust-free bleach powder with up to 7 levels of lift and caring Wheat Starch. Smooth and creamy consistency for safe and even application.
Use 3%, 6% or 9% IGORA Royal Colorist's Color & Care Developer depending on degree of lift required. 12% developer is not recommended! Mixing Ratio: 1 part powder to 2 parts Color & Care Developer.
Apply immediately after mixing. Even distributing and sufficient amount of product ensures the best equalization.
