The dye breaks your base, meaning that it softens the line between your colored hair and your newly grown natural hair. It fixes your roots so that you can go longer in between full coloring sessions. You could also use this product on the roots as the first step for balayage color!
What else you need to know:
If you want to make both your natural hair and your pre-lightened hair appear softer, choose /19 cool. If your goal is to make your pre-lightened hair more intense, then go for the /86 extra cool shade. The processing time is just 10 minutes.
