I’ve been a consumer of Clairol Professional for many years. I’ve also tried different brands at higher prices and elite brands and I see no difference. This developer is consistent and provides ultimate control when used as per directions.
Love it!
One of the better developers. I use this often, and really like the creamy consistency. It doesn't smell too harsh.
