What it is:
The Cosmo Collection Eyeshadow Palette is a highly pigmented eyeshadow palette with matte and shimmer pigments. This palette is a combination of cool and warm colors, giving a variety of shades.

What it does:
For the matte shadows, try a firmer more dense brush to build the color, tapping off the excess powder prior to applying. Blend out using a soft blending brush. Apply the shimmer shadows either on top of the matte for a soft shimmer "smokey" effect or to help blend out the edges of the matte shadow.
