Start with clean, dry nails. Gently push back cuticles and file nails to your desired shape. Apply a thin, even layer of Hand & Nail Harmony Foundation Base Gel to each nail, keeping the product slightly away from skin. Cure under a UV lamp (typically 30 seconds) or LED lamp (typically 10-30 seconds, depending on wattage). Wipe away any sticky residue with a lint-free wipe and isopropyl alcohol before applying your color or top coat.
