What to do:
Mix Bright White toner with 10 volume Ion Sensitive Scalp Developer and process for 15 minutes to TONE pre-lightened hair.
What else you need to know:
Tone and Add Pastel Hues: Mix Bright White toner with 20 volume Ion Sensitive Scalp Developer and process for 30 minutes to TONE and ADD pastel hues.
