What it is:
It&ly Oxily 2020 is the complementary cream peroxide for the It&ly Colorly 2020 range of color cream.
What it does:
It should be mixed 1:1 with the color cream apart from the Super-light shades where the mixing ratio is 1:1.5 cream to developer. It has a balanced pH and contains It&ly's ACP active color protection Complex that provides care and conditioning to the hair, so even the high strengths are gentle on the hair giving better luminosity and intense shine.
What else you need to know:
Oxily 2020 comes in a 1-liter bottle and is available in 4 strengths: 10 vol 3%, 20 vol 6%, 30 vol 9% or 40 vol 12%. Use the 10 vol for tone on tone coloring, 20 vol for lightening 1 level, 30 vol for lightening 2 levels and 40 vol for lightening 3 levels and with the Super-light series.
