HiColor by L’Oreal is a permanent hair dye that is specifically formulated for dark hair. The HiColor collection shades provide a multi-level lift on dark hair in one easy step with no brassiness. It is also formulated with an Anti-Breakage Ceramide R Complex.
What else you need to know:
The HiColor line shades are mixed in a 1:1.2 ratio with Oreor Crème Developer 30 volume (20 volume for relaxed hair). Application and processing time is 30 minutes (at room temperature).
