Manic Panic Flash Lightening 30 Volume kit is a hair lightening tool designed to pre-lighten hair before the use of Manic Panic creams or gel semi-permanent colors.
What it does:
The Manic Panic Flash Lightning 30 Volume lightens hair of any color and type. The 30 Volume developer assists in obtaining the most intense colors from the Manic Panic line.
What else you need to know:
Hair should be dry before applying lightener. Use of enclosed cap is recommended throughout the process. The approximate time varies depending on natural hair color and length.

Bleach Powder Ingredients: Potassium Persulfate, Ammonium Persulfate, Sodium Metasilicate, Sodium Stearate, Silica, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Xanthan Gum, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Laryl Sulfate, Hydrated Silica. Developer Ingredients: Deionized Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl ALcohol, Lauramide DEA, Phosphoric Acid.
Preparations: Wearing enclosed gloves, open bleach bag. Avoid inhaling powder. After emptying powder into provided tub, gradually add developer to powder. Using the brush, blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Apply mixture immediately after mixing. Application: Apply bleach mixture evenly to hair. All strands should be evenly saturated to spread mixture evenly. To avoid bleaching certain hair one may use a highlight cap or foil.
