What else you need to know:
Can be used on or off the scalp (use 10-20 volume developer for on scalp and 10, 20, 30, 40 for off).

Mix one part Pure Light Power Lightener to three parts PRAVANA Crème Developer or to the desired consistency. Apply to dry hair.
