Tish & Snooky’s Manic Panic Amplified Hair Color Cream is Cruelty-free, vegan, PPD free, and contains no animal ingredients. Lasts up to 30% longer than other hair color products. For best results, MANIC PANIC® recommends lightening your hair to a light level 9 blonde or even lighter and toning your hair if it has yellow tones before use. This helps to avoid undesired hues.

Hello, I'll get right to the facts: I have dark, curly, thick hair. I pre-lightened the sections I really wanted the color to affect. I kept the product in for a few hours and rinsed. It really colored my hair. It is the same color as in the jar if you pre-lightened and gave my regular strands a "nuance" of color. I've been a user of the regular formula with little (chemical) success. I would consider this a bold formula. This is the correct formula for my need. I am thinking of mixing colors to customize my palette as well. Expect the same precautions, color guard your skin, rinse in a sink and be mindful of your clothes/ bedding the first few days. It's worth it for me. I will return with a photo in the near future. Last point, think fun!
Great color, lasts as long as all Manic Panic
I've been dyeing my hair pastel pink for about a few months, and I've used Ion Color Brilliance and Manic Panic, and now Manic Panic AMPLIFIED. I wanted a color that would last longer - my hair doesn't retain these veggie dyes well and I see a huge difference even after one shampoo. Manic Panic is NOTORIOUS for color fading in the wash, but I'd read that MP AMPLIFIED lasted longer (though not as long as I hear Special Effects** lasts). So far, I'd say it does last a touch longer, but it will still fade (for me) after a shampoo or two. Luckily, it's not more expensive than the regular stuff so no harm in trying it. My usual hair color recipe is (on clean, dry, light hair) 1/2 conditioner, 1/4 Manic Panic Amp'd in Cotton Candy Pink, and the rest is Ion Color Brilliance in Magenta. MIX WELL, and leave it on way longer than the bottle says to (these are veggie dyes so it's really just like you're deep conditioning!) I leave it on 2 hours if I can. I hope this helps! **Special Effects is another brand of dye that is incredible hard to find because it's only manufactured certain parts of the year. IF YOU FIND A GOOD SUPPLIER, HIT ME UP.
