Used in the final rinse stage of a color or perm service, Chemical Modifier's acidic pH assists in the realigning of the hair cuticle, locking in the color or curl and diminishing perm odor.
What it does:
Natural extract of Licorice, Chamomile, Ginkgo, Yarrow, Althea, Orange and Fennel help to condition and soothe the scalp and hair.
What else you need to know:
Ginkgo and Chamomile enrich this soothing and conditioning treatment, which does double duty as an excellent detangler.

4Ingredients
Deionized water, cetyl alcohol, cetrimonium bromide, hydrolyzed hair keratin, biotin, allantoin, paba, lecithin, lactic acid, extracts of ginko, matricaria, orange peel, marshmallow, yarrow, fennel licorice; disodium edta, methylparaben, propylparaben, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, fragrance.
Apply a small amount to the hair, disribute through our hair and leave on for 5 minutes. Add shampoo directly over the Negate, lather, hen rinsethoroughly. For a highly chlorinated or heavily medicated hair, put a heat cap over the hair and apply heat with a dryer for 5 to 10 minutes before shampooing out. To prevent chlorine green, put Negate in the hair before swimming.
