This is a great treatment and zaps frizz and adds shine and smoothness to even the driest and most damaged hair. I use it before styling products on clean damp hair and then either air dry or blow dry. I get smoothness and shine and no frizz, even in humid Florida. It also has thermal protection which is great because I heat style several times a week. I think my hair has gotten better over time since I've been using this product. I definitely recommend it.
